Wayne commenced as a Trainee Accountant in Northam in 1973. Since then he has had a number of Accounting Practices. In his last practice he had three office. One (the main office) in Geraldton, one in Carnamah and the other in Mt Lawley. He has trained many young graduates over the time who have since gone on to own their own accounting practice. At one stage Wayne employed over 20 qualified accountants in his business. Wayne now runs the Bunbury and South West districts office. 

Wayne also has extensive experience in the Hospitality and Construction industry. When not an Accountant Wayne still plays cricket and umpires Masters AFL football. 

Rhys commenced in the Accounting/Taxation field some 5 years ago and is now a registered Tax Agent. He has a great deal of experience in Accounting, Hospitality, Retail and Manufacturing. Rhys also has a Postgraduate Degree in Micro Brewing from ECU Joondalup and managed his own Micro Brewery. Rhys now runs the East Victoria Park (and Metro area) office.

Rhys has two daughters which takes up most of his spare time however he does enjoy basketball and working out in the gym.
